Account management

Deactivate, reactivate, or request deletion of this organization. Deactivation and deletion are different operations: deactivation suspends access and removes nothing.

State: ACTIVE

What happens, in order

  1. Verify identity. The person making the request must be re-authenticated before a deletion request is accepted.
  2. Choose the scope. A personal wellness-seeker account and a studio organization are separate deletions with separate consequences.
  3. Export what you want to keep. This organization currently holds 3 client record(s), 3 booking(s), 4 transaction(s), and 0 note(s).
  4. Deletion is scheduled, not immediate. A 30-day window follows the request, during which signing in again reactivates the account.
  5. Financial records are retained. Records that must be kept for accounting, tax, or dispute purposes survive deletion; passwords, sessions, and unrelated personal notes do not.

Blocking obligations

No blocking obligation is recorded. A deletion request can be scheduled.

Deactivation

Reversible. Access is suspended; no record is removed. Available to an owner while the account is active.

Request deletion

Deleting your personal account does not delete the studio or its financial records.

All three confirmations are required. The request records who asked, when, and the verified scope; it does not remove data immediately.

Audit trail

Lifecycle events only. The trail deliberately records actions and outcomes rather than the personal data deletion is meant to remove.

Retention is a recorded policy, not a guess. This console states which categories survive deletion (financial and tax records) and which do not (passwords, sessions, unrelated notes). It does not claim any specific statutory retention period, because none has been approved.
